  4.     I am writing to correct certain misimpressions left by your
  5. article "Where Are the Censors?" (VIDEO, Dec. 12). At ABC the
  6. standards-and-practices department reviews every script and every
  7. rough cut of each entertainment program. These reviews, in all
  8. cases, are still handled by members of this separate department,
  9. not by program executives.
